DELIVETY & SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped from Portugal with love and care. Each product is handmade using natural dyes and 100% silk, no two are ever the same.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually shipped on the next working day after purchase.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday only, weekends and public holidays are excluded.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide using CTT (Portugal Post). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the country and customs processing:
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
All orders come with tracking numbers so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs.
RETURNS & INSTRUCTIONS
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color variations or natural imperfections, each piece is handmade, dyed with plants, and truly one-of-a-kind.
However, under EU consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from “the purchase within 14 calendar days” of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@ribbonsandlove.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned:
– Unused and in their original condition and packaging
– Within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal
– At the buyer’s expense.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued within 7 business days.
RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@ribbonsandlove.com.
2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a refund or replacement, including shipping costs if applicable.
